- Sessions proposals need to be of relevant to current trends and teaching practices to the community, according or expanding wider than the 21CLHK conference themes.
- Accepted presenters will be reach out separately to outline all pre conference preparation including but not limited to: sharing of promotional assets, details about the conference, exclusive discount code for presenter, presentation assets upload for conference attendees, etc.
- Accepted presenters must purchase the main conference ticket to attend, but will receive a $75USD discount code as compensation, which can be shared between multiple presenters.
- No travel costs are covered for accepted presenters.
- Acceptances will occur on a rolling basis, so if you are interested in presenting you are encouraged to submit early.
