Khoo Kar Hoe is currently a Lead Teacher (Science) in Bedok Green Primary School. Driven by her passion for teaching and learning Science, she strives to engage students in the learning of Science through Inquiry-Based Learning and adeptly harnesses a variety of strategies for students of diverse needs, abilities and interests to develop their deep understanding and application of scientific concepts in real-life contexts. As an advocate for professional development, she leads in the design of student-centric, values-driven lessons for students and shares knowledge in areas of professional mastery for the curriculum, pedagogy and assessments with teachers, thereby fostering a collaborative teaching community.
